Dose - Dose conversion form oxycodone to morphine.

I recently acquired 300mg of morphine (Twenty 15mg pills) and was unsure of how to dose, as I usually use oxycodone.

I usually take 40mg oxycodone per use, how much morphine would be the closest thing to experience the same effects?

For everyone else out there, try to provide some sort of table or equation instead of just doing the one conversion for me!
