Smoking Shotguns And Crack Cocaine

In swims area, when smoking blunts of the mary J. sometimes people give each other "shotguns" which is when you take a hit and blow the smoke into some one elses mouth as they inhale. Would that work the same from crack smoke? does any of the drug stay in the smoke after exhale? if so would it even be enough to do or just a waste of time? and what drugs does everyone thing would this actually work with?
