Pharmacology - Hypophosphorus acid

i wanted to post this in the chemistry forum,but it wont let me.

i dreamed of this last night and was wondering if this might work.

i recently found this:

PHOSPHORIC ACID 75%; ORTHOPHOSPHORIC ACID

HYDROCHLORIC ACID; MURIATIC ACID

ETHYLENE GLYCOL BUTYL ETHER

i thought of this.

250 ml of this solution in a beaker,and to this i add 250 ml of H2o and heat slowly

reduced back down to 250 ml

add 250 ml of h20

and reduce again to 250 ml

wouldnt this result in almost 100% ORTHOPHOSPHORIC ACID?
