Swim recently obtained some Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds and was considering placing the ground seeds in a gel capsule with a ground ginger and peppermint oil paste.
How this will work is:
1. Swim will pour out some ground ginger powder on a surface and add peppermint oil until it is of a pasty consistency.
2. Then Swim will separate some of the paste, enough to put some in a capsule with ample room remaining.
3. One ground Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seed would be mixed into the separated paste and then the paste would be placed in a capsule. Therefore, one capsule will contain one HBWS, a small amount of ginger, a drop or two of peppermint oil.
Swim will ingest 4 of these capsules, and Swims acquaintance will ingest 3 of these.
The peppermint oil and ginger are for the alleviation of nausea.
Swim know it is a bit of work, but whatever; Swim likes to work with his/her hands.
Swim tested this without seeds for consistency and shelf life in the capsules, making sure they don't just disingrate becasue of the peppermint oil. They have held for 1 hour so far and no sign of wear on the capsule. They would only sit around for maybe 20 minutes becfore they are ingested.
In Swiys opinion, what are the pros and cons of this tek?
