waterskill22 should urgently read the rules.

Nicotine sick feeling/burning.

Smoking for about 3 weeks 1-3 a day. Everytime after smoking, feels slightly sick and like throat is a bit dry/burning.

How to get rid of feeling? Like, what could aid the sickness and slight burning?
