First Time 10 mg XR Adderall
SWIM weighs 95 lbs give or take. SWIM does coke here and there but never take Adderall. What's a good start dose, and since its XR should SWIM crush up the beads and rail them?

What is swiy's goal in using adderall? Is swiy trying to study or is swiy just using recreationally?

A good starting dose for XR is between 10-30mg. It's going to last 8-12 hours and swiy might have problems sleeping afterwards. It's great for doing school stuff. In swims experience snorting adderall, even instant release, is the same as eating it. If swiy crushes up the beads one can make XR into IR but theres really no need to snort it unless swiy thinks its fun.

FYI a good starting IR dose is probably more like 10-15mg (because it all hits swiy more quickly)

School stuff. Long story short SWIM is in some off campus suspension and takes Xanax to get it thru the day but if SWIM gets caught sleeping she gets kicked out. Also, since SWIM is the only student in there is always the temptation to sleep. Also, it's the last grading period of her senior year with all A's so she intends to keep it that way.

Red Rock recommends that SWIY just take it orally since it will be used for school/studying purposes and not seeking a high per say and follow runitsthepolice advice on the dosage. 10-30mg of Adderall XR should be plenty to help SWIY in school especially considering it doesn't seem like SWIY has tolerance issues.

SWIM would definitely take it orally as intranasally can cause the user to become very wired and it does not last as long. 10mg is a fairly low does so it should be a smooth ride the whole way through if taken orally.
