swims freind just combined a lot off downers will it be fatal?

swim friend just dropped 30mg valium and
200mg codeine (shes withdrawing so bad from heroin hence the dangerous drug combinations) and is thinking off adding ghb and alchol to the mix
if so swim guesses it would be fatal?
what would death be caused by respitory depression?
