Pharmacology - sleeping during a benzo/barbiturate combination: effects on metabolism

what happens to the metabolism of drug elimination when one falls asleep during a drug induced state?

I know that metabolism slows down during sleep (Although SWAM was in a fasting state {having not eatin a thing all day except for being hydrated on OJ + h20}, but would both being in a fasting state all day & being asleep for 6-7+ hours be enough to stop metabolizm of the drugs in a significant manner. Some1 Who Aint Me let me kno they fucked up their plans 2 go out because they fell asleep after taking various benzodiazapines & a barbiturate pill.

BTY Some1 Who Aint Me took 4mg clonazepam, 20mg diazepam, & 92.7mg phenobarbital (note the high dose was after having used 20mg diazepam, 2mg clonazepam, 3ish beers like 10 hours l8r & 25mg of pure oxycodone the night b4).
