Ok, Needing some help

Swinm is already using, prescribed by a shrink, ritalin LA 40mg in the morning and 30 in the afternoon, and that solved add problems!
But, it so happens that swinm has a anxiety problem, lots of stress cause by tests an so on, and once again shrink prescribed clonazepan to be used as far as 10 drops in the morning and 5 just befor going to bed.

That being said, swinm is searching for some nootropics to balance the slowliness that clonazepan causes, and got hold on piracetam.
So, question is, Piracetam + Ritalin + Clonazepan can be helpfull in a intellectual battle swinm is facing now?
Anything you would consider to add?
I was thinking to advise swinm to take some choline supplements but he lives in Brazil and here the only Choline suplemment arroun is Soy Lecithin, would it work well enough?
Swinm was also considering modafinil, what do you think?
Anyway, any advices to swinm on what else should he take to increase his cognitive capabilitties in order to excel himself?

ps: here, in Brazil, we have some jobs that can only be attained by what should be translated as "public contest" where you take tests and has to be on the top places to get the job, so, this is the problem swinm is facing... so any help would be most appreciated!

Longshot added 257 Minutes and 45 Seconds later...

One thing I would like to add, here in Brazil the only source I could find of choline is soy lecithyn... is it that bad?
Any sugestions of another choline source in pill or powder form?

Longshot added 1411 Minutes and 10 Seconds later...

Just to add another piece of info, just found out that there is a thing arround here called epocler an it has a whooping choline citrate 1000mg...
is that enough, better or should I stick to lecithin?
And, please, someone answer me?

Re: Ok, Needing some help

In SWIM's opinion taking modafinil does not make too much sense. Since SWIY is already taking a strong stimulant. Did SWIY have the anxiety prior to taking ritalin? Well if not exchanging ritalin with modafinil might cause less anxiety and so the clonazepam might be unnecessary.

SWIM does not know if any true nootropics help with the slowliness.
Concerning choline: Lecithine would be fine. Choline Citrate is considered better by most ppl, but a few seem to disagree. SWIM hasn't taken either and seen no studies.

Re: Ok, Needing some help

From his personal experience with a daily uppers-downers regimen over a long period Swim thinks Swiy's best option for improving mental functions is to reduce his intake of both methylphenidate and benzos, both of which being detrimental to clarity of thought. Unless he has a bizarre condition that actually requires such large doses Swim thinks Swiy should follow advice given in a post above and try migrating from Ritalin to less toxic Modafinil altogether, allowing for a short transition period. Swiy would be well advised to discuss this with his physician/shrink.
