Withdrawing from 24 use

Swim used 24/7 for a month then got 7 days of and then used 24/7 for 1,5weeks.Now swim threw his gbl away.Swim has been clear for 28hrs now.No other withdraw symptoms except pins and needles in neck and occasional shivers...how long will this shit last.they dont hurt or anything but its pretty hard to sit still.
