Addicted?

swim has been taking Tramadol now for the good part of four years- (Minus 9 months).
they take 200mg SR. 4 a day atleast.

The problem is, swim gets an authority script, and i get 100 at a time.
swim has gone thrugh 200 in a little under 30 days.
they love it, it helps swim get through the days, gives them more stamina.
I am starting to worry though, the most swim has taken in a day is 12 200mgs.
they woke up the next day with this massive headache, the base of head was pounding. it really hurt.

The only days that swim finds that they don't take them is when they are having a E or 2 .

I don't know what to do from here, in all honesty as pathetic as it may sound, i don't know if swim can get through their days straight.

What are the long term side effects o pro-longed missuse of Tramal.
