Drug info - Pills in Mexico

AFOAF Recently told me he was going to Mexico,more specifically Tijuana, in an attempt to acquire some sort of scheduled drugs. I assume he would be doing this to mainly for benzos and painkillers. I have heard numerous stories on the varying degree of difficulty and risk involved with this procedure.

I have heard some people say they are able to get 500 xanax no problem, while others have said that even getting 30 without a prescription is very difficult and expensive. Is there anyone on these forums who has any FOF’s with any knowledge regarding this situation? Will my friend be sorely disappointed or is it possible for him to find quantity at a decent price?

This has been covered quite a bit on this forum lately and swimmers have been met with varying degrees of success. It depends on the specific pharmacy/pharmacists you deal with but like anything else in life it depends a lot on luck.

The above poster is correct about luck and who they encounter. It is also important to remember that while it maybe legal in Mexico once you step foot in the united states or wherever it is illegal without a prescription. Also I think the U.S. can charge someone for breaking an American law in another country once they return to the U.S. and are a citizen. I know they can do that in Canada. Another point about quantity is that the more you have the more likely to be charged with intent to sell. I know there is exceptions granted for personal use but I am not sure if that applies to controlled substances without a valid prescription in the country they are in. I wouldn't do it but that is just me.

Be careful if swiy is going to do a "shopping expedition"... SWIM is in north cyprus where CAPTAGON (fenethylline, a phenmetrazine-like stimulant which is no longer available in most countries) is still marketed on a restricted basis. SWIM has asked pharmacists but they say "sorry none in stock"... However swim has had successes getting co-proxamol, Xanax and 95% of non-recreational drugs which are prescription only in the UK.

Mexico is a UN Single Convention on Narcs member (unfortunately) so it is technically illegal to supply oxycontin, morphine etc. without a script. However less prominent pharmacies, away from the main tourist areas, will possibly do it. Beware of asking taxi drivers for a connection to get scheduled substances.. it may be a trap.

Swim has done it and heres the deal:
It used to be wide open where anyone could go into any pharm and get anything (even Ketalar). Over the last 10 years things have really tightened up as a result of various factors such as the Ox epidemic of the early 00s. Now most pharms will not sell to just anyone. Most people have a connect where either the pharmers know them or the person they are with. Without a connect you will not score, but connects can be met on the bus over. Even if you are careful... scammers are everywhere and know an american when they see one. Never go at night and NEVER EVER go alone.

With the Cartels declaring open season on American tourists... going at all is a pretty unintelligent idea right now. I would wait until the war lets up a bit. Its part of why the price of opiates has skyrocketed lately on the west side of the country.

Must be that Summer is in the air and people are looking for vacation spots to fill their needs .However keep in mind you can REALLY jam yourself up at the border when returning so BE CAREFUL.

SWIY's best bet would be to stay in a RESPECTABLE resort insted of a dive, and become friendly with a cab driver that works out of there.YES,as mentioned below"SCAMMERS ARE EVERYWHERE" but if you gain a relationship with a cabbie,and use him for your travels insted of just going to the pharm chances are that they will be trying to do the right thing in order to get a GOOD tip when SWIY is leaving.

Swim would not recommend this,a lot can go wrong very easily leaving swiy in a world of hurt.
