subs to H

swim is currently taking 24mg/day subs. if swim decides to use H again, can he go back to subs without waiting for wds? whats the protocol here?

If swiy takes heroin while on subs it won't have much if any effect cos subys act as a blocker. If swiy stops taking subs and goes back on the H then wants to start taking the subs again swiy would have to wait until he's w'ding off the H before taking subys cos taking subys whilst on heroin would trigger imediate and very unpleasent wd symptoms.

At that dosage of Subs, no. But if SWIY really wants to do it, get SWIY-self down to like 2 mgs. It might take a week or two to cut down that low, but there won't really be any withdrawal symptoms (Bupe is nice like that; search for some tapering scheules on this forum, lots of been posted). 1 mg is really preferable though; SWIM could get a decent rush shooting up 24 hours after his last 1 mg Suboxone dose from only like half a bag of H, around .10 grams.

Instructions:

At about 1-2 mgs "you" (meaning anyone) can chip between heroin and suboxone relatively easily. Take your suboxone in the morning. Wait 24 hours so you'll feel the heroin. Do your last H shot of the day in the early evening, so you can sleep but will wake up kind of sick. Then you can take your Subs again the following morning.

SWIM found this weird balance doing that where he didn't really need to get super dope sick again to switch back on to his Subs the next 12-18 hours later (probably related to the tolerance issue); and found that the times he actually did get super dope sick before taking Subs, that it would take him a day of partial sickness and severe migraines before he could go back to normal. Consider at your own risk though.



As long as you keep both your H and Sub tolerance down, and time it correctly (i.e. H shot in the early evening, so you can sleep, and can let your subconscious mind deal with the pre-acute-withdrawal anxiety), you will be fine.

swim found that 24mg was necesarry at his dosage, he was pretty deep in it, not for very long, but the last day of using he used 1000mg oxy and a few bags of H.

Swim really isnt looking to wait a week, he really wants it now. He knows that 24mgs is a lot and it may take some time to get high on it, but also has heard of people that wait 24 hours while at that dosage and get high on H.

I guess there is really no clear cut answer, but if swim takes a shot at it, he will let you know.

If you only wait 24 hours,it's going to a lot of dope to break through the subs.

when I used to be on 16ml- i'd wait 36 hours and then i'd get just as high as I used to get before I was on the subbies. In my humble opinion you don't have to wait till you've tapered down, just till about 10 hours past it's half life. I'm sure everyone's metabolism and physiology is different, but that worked for me week in, week out. just know that if you are going to shoot B for a while then maybe take .5ml of subutex each day just to keep it in your system and in turn stop a tolerance the the H developing, I think that irrespective of the subs though, the transition back after a few days of chronic shooting up is never the smoothest ride in the world- SWIM used to suffer some lovely sweats and general discomfort for a good 3 days (obviously nothing like a full WD but probably in the region of about 25%) good luck with your endeavours!

ok so if swim decides to see what happens when he does some H about 15 hours after his last sub, can he start his subs again without precipitated wds?

You can do H within like a couple hours of your last subs - but you better wait at least 12 hours before you take subs again. How high your tolerance really depends on how much time you have to wait / how sick you need to get.

SWIM would go through really bad pain for at least 24 hours when he was chipping on 4 mgs of suboxone (no matter what he did) but could switch back and forth easy on 1-2 mgs with no pain. Like SWIM said, just make sure you do your last shot like 4 hours or so before you go to bed, and sleep as long as you can.
