Is It Possible To Seperate Codeine From Cheratussin?

If an individual has come across a 120 ml bottle of Cheratussin for a any reason. Would said individual be able to effectively separate the codeine from the guaifenesin?

The measurements are:
100mg Guaifenesin
&
10mg Codeine Phosphate
Per 5 mg

Its supposed to be Per 5 ml
