Can the onset be speeded up?

heyy i'm new here

swim has only popped off twice, and both times it has taken 3+ hours for the high to kick in. she did the same e as everyone else, and they all took 30 minutes to an hour to feel it. kinda weird and disappointing =/

anyone got any pointers to help speed up the process??
