Culture - What states have med MJ or are working on laws/decrim?

Ive noticed that several states have started trying to pass decrim laws or medical marijuana laws does anyone know of a list of them all?

States that currently have enacted medical mj laws include:

California
Nevada
New Mexico
Colorado
Alaska
Hawaii
Maine
Michigan
Montana
Oregon
Rhode Island
Vermont
Washington

Texas has passed something that in effect allows cops to opt out of arresting people for simple possession if they choose (or not). A couple others have adopted this policy as well. First-time offenders in Nevada over the age of 21 carrying less than an ounce receive only a warning/ticket, and Florida is looking at doing the medical mj thing.
