Need methadone help urgently

Swim has been extremely depressed for the last 2 months or so. Partly because he is clinicaly depressed. partly because aspergers syndrome. Anyway, he has a very ready sorce in wich to obtaine methadone. When he takes it, it doesnt make him feel as good as hydromorphone, but its still good. it last longer to. even after he wasnt actually high, it stopped his depression for up to 3 days. Over the last month he has taken methadone about 13 times. He already had a moderate tolerance from taking hydromorphone about 30 or so times. His mother was a heroine addict, which made his tolerance naturaly higher. The first two times, he took to much, around 40 or 50 mg. He was very high. He doesnt think he was close to over dosing. but who really knows for sure. after that, he was very carefull to messure how much he took. Sence he had the liquide done, it was hard. Every time he took it, it took more to get him high. his third time he took 35mg. from there it went up quite alot. His problem is he is scared that the amount he has to take to get high, today it was around 80mg or so, is enough to overdose him. He took around 80mg over the span of 6 hours or so. But he isnt very high. Can you overdose, without being very high? that is the real quistion he seeks.
