Overdose - urgent.. possible overdose?

This story was relayed to me by a passing panda:

"my friend changed his MG of concerta without letting me know when he gave them to me and i unknowingly took 216 MG. now my heart beat is very high, but i can't count the beats per minute because they're irregular and skipping. i'm having chest pains also. i looked up concerta overdose symptoms and i have the shaking, the muscle convulsions, the irregular heartbeat, and the dry mouth. that's it, so far.

will 216 MG be enough to cause an overdose?

also, i'm a former coke addict so i guess my heart's not in the best shape.

i just really need to know if this is hospital worthy, and if anyone has taken a similar/higher dosage and been okay."

SWIM would certainly go to hospital! No idea if that is an overdose or not but chest pains and irregular pulse are worrying! Why wouldn't SWIyou go?

im in outpatient right now for cocaine and any drug slip up means inpatient for 14 months

This is not a lethal dose. However, every individual is different - you will be the best judge of whether a doctor should be involved. Keep tabs on the heart-rate, and keep hydrated.

Here is a website that describes the LD50 for methylphenidate (Ritalin) in mice, rats, and children. In children, the LD50 is described as 32 mg/kg. In rats, it's identified as 367 mg/kg. Assuming one weighs over 10 kg, one should survive. Expect some markedly nasty side-effects, however. One might stretch profusely to prevent muscle soreness the following day, coupled with some deep breathing. Maybe take some vitamins. Warm milk might help when sleep is attempted.

On another note - in the future, try not to reveal any time that you might have ingested any given compound (whether under legal or illegal conditions). It's considered self-incrimination on this forum.

Maby But swimmy has done over 600mg of concerta and swimmy did not od, swimmy has snorted 120mg in a single dose and swimmy did not od
But swimmy has inhuman tolerance to ritalin so swimmy said nobody should do such dosages.

When swimmy did around 700 mg he was close to od, odd hallucitions started , when swimmy looked at small objects like dirt on the floor it was jumping around like a vhs tape on fast forward

Swimmy had all of the above , the muscle convulusions can be painful but aint that big of a deal and swimmy has had them many times.
Swimmy says when you start to hallucinate start to worry,swimmy has not come closer to od then that so swimmy does not know what the next step is but the hallunactions started after the shaking begun for swimmy.

Has the panda got halluactins when the panda get's halluactions then it's getting readly dangerous swimmy has had the shakings,muscle colvusions and hearbeat and that isint that dangerous for swimmy
