did swim od in his sleep?

last night at 7 swim consumed one glass of poppy slurry (roughly 1.5 pods) and by 12 the effects were mostly gone so he consumed the same amount (maybe less) and went to sleep around 3 (he wasn't nodding very much but more than before as he was actually tired). swim got up a few hours later to eat breakfast and has felt very ill all day and psychologically off.

is it possible swim stopped breathing and killed some neurons? swim is still feeling residual effects 24 hours later.

dude, there was no need to post 3 threads asking basically the same question, especially on that was pretty far fetched ...

Re: did swim od in his sleep?

no, its highly unlikely swiy stopped breating and killed neurons. swiys just most likey just having an off-day, maybe not enough sleep (swiy said 'went to sleep around 3....swim got up a few hours later), sometimes consuming lots of opiates one day makes a non-addicted person feel off or uncomfortable the next day.

a real opiate overdose happens when the drug is in peak concentration in ones blood (provided one doesnt consume another cns depressant), not 3hrs later (swiy says took at 12 slept at 3= 3hrs).

swim would reommened not to obsesse over anything, and if swiys still feels shitty in a few days make a doctors appointment.

as a side- how often does swiy use opiates, could it be withdrawls?

Re: did swim od in his sleep?

Agreed with drug-bot... if SWIY was going to overdose it is VERY likely that he would have passed out before going to bed three hours later... Also, the fact that SWIY is still alive is slight evidence that they didn't overdose... Many people who OD in their sleep never wake back up. The effects that SWIY sound more like a comedown than an overdose. And it is EXTREMELY unlikely that SWIY would wake up and only feel those effects only a few hours after overdosing... If someone stays up late doing drugs then wakes up without much sleep that alone can certainly make them feel ill and off, definitely does not mean they overdosed... SWIM would have to say that it was probably either a comedown, of the combination of getting little sleep after taking drugs.

absolutely not possible. first of all, SWIY did not stop breathing in their sleep. Seccond, if for some insane reason this happened the consequences would be severe, brain damage, possible paralysis, blindness ect. Thirdly, feeling a dose of pods 24 hours later is not at all uncommon. Try using the search feature before posting please, there are numerous experience reports that agree with my third point

please, there is no need to post the same question 3 times
