Constant/extreme vomiting during wds

Does anyone else experience this.
When he's wding, he gets violently sick. It really is unbearable. He knows vomiting is a symptom of wd but he's asked people and so far no-one gets it to the same extent. He does have a stomach condition called helicobacter pylori which is to do with inflamation of the stomach lining and thinks it's most likely because of that. Once, when he was in detox the staff took him to casualty where they gave him an IM of stemotil, a drug used to help ease vomiting in chemotherapy patients, and it did help a bit.
He's on suboxone [about 8mg daily now down from 24] at present and wants off badly but the thought of being so physically sick is a big worry. There's now the added psychosematic side where he's so anxious about it that it seems ten times worse.
Does anyone know of any other remedies.
