Comedown - Does SWIY expieriance this during comedown?

Right now swim is seeing shadows in the corner of his eyes. Things also look like they are moving or rotating in the corner of his eyes. He is also hearing sounds that he knows arent there... The sounds arent too serious (they arent voices or anything like that) but just tapping and beeping noises. He also has been a little obsessive, almost like he has OCD. He cant stop picking at his skin... its not like it iches or anything, he just cant stop picking at scabs and stuff... he is thinking about putting gloves on in order to stop himself lol. Swim is also a little paranoid, he feels like someone is watching him and he is nervous, everything kind of creeps him out, like the shadows on the walls caused by the tv flickering... Omg as swim is typing this, his bedroom door just started to open and he is really freaking out. This is the first time swim has ever felt like this... he thinks its probably caused from sleep deprevation because swim started taking his adderall prescription again this week and had fun with his adderall a couple times earlier this week,... he has had about 5 hours of sleep in the past 6 days. Swim didnt take any adderall today because he didnt have school and he is very tired, and now he feels very strange... Does swiy ever expieriance this during comedown? Should swim be concerned?
