Instead of posting this is each thread talking about ibeprofen, acetaminophen, alcohol and liver damage; I am going to post it here. This is a good article even if it is focused on those with current liver disease they also discuss those without current liver disease; especially young people.

Hope this helps people understand the risks. Remember though single doses alone aren't the only killers regular use over the recommended amount can also kill just as easily. If you have any sort of liver disease or damage or a yellow tone to the skin and eyes you are in danger taking even recommended doses.
