I have a small problem with a amphetamine mix, help ?

Hey there, new to this forum, hiya dudes and duderines ...

I have a problem that needs solving, if possible. Suppose you have a 2:1 cut amphetamine (don't know specificly what kind, not meth), its supposed to be lightly moist and claylike, but now it has gone dry with rockhard lumps in it and has lost its kick. Is there anyway i can fix it, or more likely i suppose, make it less dry?
