Effects - Dreams or Hallucinations?

SWIM is very preocupied by this matter, since it does happen really often to her (like at least every 2 days) and also, coz she only heard one other junkie having this happening, all the rest had no idea what she was talking about.
Ok, so, she just shot her dope, smoking a cig (and eventually burning her clothes/skin with it), eyes closed. Then she starts having these...things...which are very much like dreams, but incredibly clear to the most minor details.Some examples..

She sees two white polar bears, big and all, she could almost smell their wild animal smell. And somehow, she suddenly knows the male's name is Herlam and the female is Merlana, that they're a couple and they love each other very much. She never heard these names or anything close to it.

She sees a couple gettin out of her house. His name is Andrei and hers, Alexandra. He's wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, and SWIM can tell whatever else detail, like he'd be standing in her face. Andrei is at the elevator and suddenly Alexandra realises she forgot her keys, and they both go inside looking for them.

She's on the street, running with another two junkies, that seemed to be very close gang to her. She's having a black purse in her hand and that purse is stolen. From her mother, who was at the bank to take out some money. (In real life, SWIM doesn't steal). After going over a corner, she takes out everything of the bag to check the "prey". Then the junkies take the money and whatever else that was valuable, and start running away from SWIM. She screams, desperate "hey, it was my own mother we stole this from! I desirve at least part of it! Hey, don't run away from me! Oh my God, oh my God!!!!" and she's crying in a desperate panic of realising what she did and for what...

These things never have any connection to real life.No subconcious lying there. SO, what are they? They happen in the state of nodding, but can appear even hours after a shot, eyes closed it's a must, yet not sleeping. They can happen in the first minute she closes her eyes, so she definitely is not sleeping.You know...nodding.

Do swiy have this kinda of "dreams" ?
What do swiy think these are? Dreams or Hallucinatios?
