I've seen a few different threads in this forum vaguely on the topic of harm reduction, but nothing very comprehensive. Anyone with info on the topic should post here, or maybe anyone with questions.
You know, what substances should one avoid if using methylphenidate recreationally?
Are there any supplements or vitamins one could take to reduce harmful side effects?
Anything that could give a bit of a boost to methylphenidate's efficacy so one would be less tempted to take more?
Ways one could ingest it more safely, safer methods of snorting etc?
Safe dosages, warning signs for ODs?
