Experiences - Stinging skin on speed?

SWIM took some good speed last week.

Took 3g's orally and up his nose, it ran its path and hours later at about 9 in the morning he was walking with one of his friends who was also on the same speed on a cumdown.

The only thing was that his goosepimples (because it was cold) were stinging not with not intorible pain but definetly not normal. He isn't worried about this but is just curiouse to what it was or if anyone else has had a simular expierience.
