What is the best way for SWIM to ingest these?

This is how i take my MS-Contins, after going though thousands of 60mg pills for over a year this is my preferd method.

Crush pill into fine powder pour powder into tissue paper twist up into small ball and cut excess paper off.

Take about a table spoon of sodium bicarb ( baking soda) wait 5min then take the morphine, dry your tongue first so the tissue paper doesn't get stuck on your tongue. The baking soda makes the morphine kick in faster and last longer.

SWIM seconds this recommendation- parachuting is the best way to go with most opiate pills, while antacids may work better than baking soda at improving the morphine kick.
