Different cocaine isomers and effects?

From what I understand from the little research I have done, there are three cocaine isomers : (+)-cocaine, (-)-cocaine and (-)-psi-cocaine.
If I remember well, only (+)-cocaine is obtained through the extraction from the leaves, the other only being possible when synthetized.
Do different cocaine isomers cause differences in effects ? (I'm thinking of levo- and dextro- meth as a comparison in my head).

Thanks for the info
