Swim performed a CWE on 12 pills containing 200mg ibuprofen and 12.8mg codeine phosphate
hemihydrate and no matter how many times he filters he's left with a cloudy white solution. The solution tastes very mild as if theres not much alkaloids present at all so would he be right in assuming that its not ibuprofen causing the white cloudiness?
The solution smells like those latex surgical gloves. Heres the inactives present

Microcrystalline cellulose, Hypromellose, Sodium starch glycolate, Pregelatinized starch, Titanium dioxide, Talc.

Would any of these inactives be the culprit for this infilterable white cloudiness and latex surgical glove smell? Swim dumped a lot of insoluble crap that sank to the bottom.
