Injecting - blurry vision and falling over

So swim was doing a shot here a few minutes ago. He has been hitting in his neck lately so that is where he was doing the shot this time. It was in the right side of his neck. When swim pulled back on the plunger blood rushed in which was dark and red with no bubbles in it. Swim saw that and thought all was good but when swim pushed in the plunger his vision got very blurry and he fell over. Does any swiy know what it is that could have happened to swim. He is pretty concerned and would like to have a better idea of what happened to him

It was smack that swim was using, and he was holding his breath tyring to make the veins in his neck pop out.
Doing this and shooting smack will make swim pass out like that?

This happened to my kangaroo once. Except she was shot in the arm when she got dizzy and lost vision. Very scary. Somehow she didn't lose conscienceness. Although, she said the high was terrible and she had a headache all day.

Swim definitely fell over and passed out. He took a pretty good chunk out of his hand and his right eye got swollen. Nothing else swelled except for his eye though and it went down by the end of the evening. Swim is not even sure if he got high though. He was very very confused after the whole thing happened.

Swim thinks it could be from holding swiys breath, or is there something different about the dope? Swim doesn't think the dope would cause swiy to fall but swim has gotten dope before that fucked his vision up so bad and he ended up wrecking his car.

Swim is shooting the same dope now in other spots and it doesnt fuck his vision like it did then. Swim wasnt even able to get the whole shot in before he hit the deck. He was holding his breath though and he was starting to get to the point of not being able to hold it any longer when all the sudden he saw blood in the needle. He looked to check color and all looked well so he started pushing. He got about half way through what was in the gun and the entire room started spinning. He remembers that he quit pushing in the plunger and the next thing he rmembers is waking up on the floor of his bathroom with a friend banging on the door asking if he was ok...
Swim definitely thinks it was from holding his breath for too long. Its just wierd that the spinning started exactly when he started pushing the dope in his vein... All very odd and very scary. Swim hopes nothing like that ever happens again...

Swim will be much safer. Especially when going that direction. Swim hit in his groin for the first time today and it worked out pretty well. Swim likes the neck better though because the high hits him like a shit ton of bricks going 100mph hehe

Swim was wondering that swims arms still work fine well the one does. Swim kinda figured a vein is a vein it all goes to the same place, does hitting in the neck really hit harder?

When swim hits in the neck it definitely hits harder. Much harder faster rush. swim loves it. He has been hitting in the neck for the last couple of days and when he hit in groin a little bit ago it was almost a disappointment. It still got swim high but didnt give the rush that the neck does

swim might try that though he is nervous he just did a hit like 20 min ago of a speedball but is nervous he could hurt himself shooting in his neck.

have swiy ever shot in his neck before? If not then swiy can hit the external jugular which is much safer and easier to find. Swim hit his external for quite some time before it shit out on him. To get it to pop out swim would pretty much choke himself. Put his hand around his throat and then flex the muscles in his neck. Soon he could see the vein popping out. He used the vein on the right side of his neck the most. The one on the left shit out on him very quickly. If swiy has more questions and wants to try this just let swim know if there is anything else he can answer for swiy

SWIM strongly advises SWIY not to inject in neck. Can very easily kill SWIY. Brain embolism is a distinct possibility and if SWIY miss SWIY will have serious problems!

Some People told swiny already your Body needs time for Recovery.
So, use the REKTAL Way.

If swiny continue to use that Vein he have to Remeber to shot from Up to Down into the Direction of his Heart,
hmmm, swim hope he understand: The Vein have Valves, they are the Way how
swiny`s Heart have the possibility to pump up the Blood!
If he destroy them he will suffer a lot.

Also, the Body is not stupid and Heroin is a Toxic,
sometimes the Brain shut down the Bloodstream to stop all kind of Poison
to reach the Vital Organs!

If he continue it will be much better to lay down and put the Feets on a Chair, this is much more secure!

The Internal Jugular veins do not have valves. Most of veins, yes. But not ALL.

Spucky should not worry. Swim will be taking a good break soon. He is working on getting onto suboxone. As soon as that happens swim is going to take a good couple month break from using anything. He uses too much of too many things and he understands his body can only take so much. Swim is careful and he appreciates spucky's concern. Swim says thanks
