Vaporizers - Lightbulb vapes.

So last night Swim was talking to his friend about making one.
Pretty simple really. Swim watched a youtube video about it and it took him around 5 minutes to finish. He smoked out of it last night, saw vapors and could taste the bud.

Swim just wants to know how safe this is?
Any particular things I should know?

oh, the memory of a young mannequin sneaking into the fields of high grass behind his house late at night armed with a lightbulb, a straw, and a lighter. it would be his first time vaporizing marijuana, but certainly not his last :P

comrade nikolai suggests making sure to properly clean the inside of the bulb prior to using. it is never pleasant to inhale glass shards, regardless of their size. this is especially important if one has used a bulb that has been coated inside to soften the light. also, the bulb will get hot. that sounds obvious, but hot glass and cold glass can be impossible to distinguish visually. the bulb might also gather a black sooty coating if the flame is held too close.

ultimately, if this method of marijuana use is preferred by one's own android, then said android should consider investing in a proper vaporizer.

As said above... be careful around light bulbs that might be hot. It reeealllyyy burns.

Personally, SWIM likes to make one of these, and use an electric stove as a heat source. Works wonderfully! (Adjustable heat level, no open flame, heat is more evenly distributed, no need to buy lighters...)
