So swim started his day by taking 120mg of xr. About 4 hours later, swim took another 50mg (so he took 170mg total). This is the most swim has ever taken, and the best he has ever felt. Everything was just dandy for swim until he went to track practice... Swim had to run six, 200 meter sprints... usually this is no big deal for swim, but today it was. While swim was running, he began to feel very dizzy and thought that he was going to pass out. Then he got a horrible head ache and his whole body went numb and tingly (like as if all his muscles fell asleep). Conserned, swim decided to check his pulse... his heart was racing and beating irregular, it was skipping like every 3rd or 4th beat. Because swim was so nervous he had a panic attack and thought that he was dieing. Swim went home and lied down after practice... now swim feels normal again. Swim should have known better, overdosing on speed and exercise probably isnt the best idea... but swim didnt ever think about that. Oh well, swim learned his lesson and will never go to track jacked up on adderall again.
