Kratom made turtle feel like shiz, did he overdo it

Turtle ate a bunch (15) of bali capsules, felt good for about an hour started losing it took some more (7), didnt help took more (8), then started feeling like crap. Did he just over do it, or is it normal to feel like shiz when coming down?
