advice for test this week

so I have a weird situation. I had my first appointment with my pain management guys last wednesday, they put me on opana. I had a allergic reaction to the Opana on friday and stopped taking it. I had access to some morphine pills and took those and some zoloft(benzo) to help with withdrawals. So I call the pain managment doc and he says bring in the rest of the opana and we will get you a script for something else.

Luckly I am an hour away and have a 9-5 job so I told him I cant just head out there without notice.

How long will the zoloft(benzo) and morphine stay in my system? When he finds out I trashed the Opana (I actually did) he might want to test me or something. Its my first time at a pain managment place for my crohn's so I wasnt aware I had to keep stuff I didnt use.
