Dose - Ecstacy laced with Speed

Alright, swim is new to pills so don't flame me for not knowing much or whatever.

So today swim bought two pills. they have never done pills and are fairly excited about trying one at a party in a few days. However, swim's dealer told swim that they had small amounts of speed in them, roughly 20%. My question is, will this make it much more different than a normal ecstacy high? Is it any more dangerous? I'm guessing that the 20% is probably near nothing compared to the normal dosage of speed people would normally take, but I just want to make sure.
