Dose - Fentanyl Patch questions

Alright so lets see if swim? Can do this right without being banned, first time poster long time reader.

Swim has a back of a old man. Swim has 3 damaged discs,2 of them completly herniated, L4 and L5 vertebrea completly slipped causeing spinal canal to colapse and pinch ciatic nerve. Swim is having first of major surgeris in 3 weeks to hopefully fix things up so swim can get back to a normal life.

Swim has been perscribed oxycodone hcl 30 mg and takes them as percribed. Swim has also in the past been perscribed vicodin,percocet,oxy so swim has knowledge of opiod pain killers.

Soo, swim has a friend? That likes to break the time release coating on the oxycodone hcl 30mg sometimes and ingest them to get a few hours of a euphoric feeling. Swims friend has a decent tolerance to this.

Well swims friend has come up with a 50 mcg/hr for 72 hours fentanyl transdermal system patch made by MYLAN. Like said, swims friend can take a 30 mg ocycodone hcl with no ill effects like bumping into walls,etc.

What should swims friend do with this patch to get a good euphoric feeling from it. Should swims friend cut it into a certain amount of peices and chew on 1 peice for awile? Swim has searched the forums but can't really get good info to give to friend.

Any help is appriecated.

Hello truedetailer,bige here.........Swim has worn fent patches,eaten them,smoked them.....all kinds of things with them.But has never iv'ed fent although does know a few people that do(and two that did ,but they died).Fent is a grade A painreliver for some people......swim included.
All swim can say is that fent isn't the best drug for euphoric fun.........your friend would get better results with the oxy......
Thats not to say euphoria cant be had with the fent........it just doesn't last that long.
Fent is so strong.....it can and will increase your friends tolerance into the stratosphere............and this is the killer......it is a very fine line between a really good buzz and a overdose with fent.Once you get going it can get hard to judge how much you need for your next dose,and it is very easy to misjudge what swim needs and then take to much............then your fingernail beds and lips turn a nice shade of blue...................
Well best to use as directed but if swims friend is going to chew them,or place a strip between the cheek and gum...........start out small,strips or squares and take the time to learn how his body responds...........and swims friend can always increase but cannot take it back out..................


And don't waste em by swallowing the damn things.........swim forgets the % of bio-availability when swallowed..........but it ain't shit.All in all swim would get better euphoria from abusing the oxy IMO.

the neighbors donkey would take them and cut them into 1/4 sections , place under his tongue , then it would feel a little like speed , not racing heart or that , just a little euphoria. btw the patches were the 75mg

A while back SWIM got a hold of 3 100ug/hr transdermal patches each with 8.4mg of fent in. He cut it int 80 equal squares so that each had suqare had 100ug (equivalent to 10mg morphine). He found that chewing one square and leaving it under his stongue to absorb sublingually works well. If SWIM did 3 of these squares he started to nod. Tolerance builds up quite quickly though.

But SWIM says the best method it to smoke it. He makes a foil spoon puts one of the squares in and heat it from underneath and inhale the smoke through a tube. He started off extremely cautiously. At first SWIM was only getting mild effects so he upped the amount and found that smoking 250ug was the perfect amount.

SWIM says it is extremely intense, really euphoric and amazing body high. SWIM has never injected herion but SWIM reckons that smoking fent comes very close to or is possibley even stronger than a herion high. Although it's duration is less than that of H. The peak only lasts a few minutes. SWIM also preffers smoking it as he gets really itchy when he does it sublingually.

1/4 of a 3day 50ug/hr would be equivalent to 1.25mg of fent which would be a massive 125mg of morphine which would be far too much. It's active from 25ug.

That would be if you were receiving it all at once. It takes a good hour for swim to get everything out of the patch and even then if he lets the patch sit for a day and comes back to he can manage to get even more out of a 1/2 square of a 50 mcg patch.

SWIM has smoked fent but he usually just cuts the 100mcg patches up and puts them under the tongue when he has no heroin, smoking fent doesn't come close to smoking heroin.
