Combinations - Going off of Rx amphetamines before a roll

If someone takes prescription Adderall or Dexedrine on a daily basis (let's say in the 30-60mg per day range), how would this interact with mali? Would it be best for the individual to stop taking their medication for a while before taking the mali—and if so, how long (hours, a day, days..?)? Can vitamin C lessen the degree of the interaction?

And what would happen if this individual went ahead and took mali one night even after they had already taken their morning Adderall/Dex dose?

What about someone who does not regularly take amphetamines but happens to have taken a small dose (like 10mg) in the morning of the same day they plan to roll? Is this likely to affect the roll?
