Mixing MDMA with daily Rx Adderall/Dexedrine

It seems well-documented that taking speed with MDMA is best avoided. So if someone has a prescription to Adderall or Dexedrine that they take daily, how long should they abstain from it before taking MDMA—a few hours? a day? multiple days?

What happens if they do take MDMA the same day that they take their prescription amphetamines? Does it make a difference if the prescription pills are extended release capsules or short-acting tabs? What if someone who does not regularly take amphetamines takes Adderall/Dex and takes MDMA the same day?

Would citrus juice help purge the amphetamines from one's body faster?
