TEK - Bufotenin(e) Extraction TEKs Anadenanthera/yopo/cebil/vilca

Hey i very much apologise for bringing this back up again, but through SWIM's journeys through both the world and internet he has found many a claim of TEK's for the extraction of Bufotenin(e) from Anadenanthera seeds.
The problem he has come across is that theres so many well known TEKs' both reputably bad and some good.
SWIM explained that the Solvents most commonly suggested are: Isopropyl / Acetone / Limonene. In the variety of TEKs' SWIM has come across many have claimed dud results from many of these esp Isopropyl so obviously thats been put out of the question.
He has heard recently Limonene to be the most reliable with the right TEK, though he has only Acetone due to difficulty obtaining other solvents in the area.
SWIM basically is wondering if someone could please post a definate TEK using Acetone thats both reliable, good yeild has a respectibly pure final result without having to do an Ethyl Acetate wash at the end.

So any final answers to put an end to this hunt that SWIM seems to find hes not alone in would be very much appreciated. x
