Side effects - Killing The Chest Discomfort?

Swim isn't sure if there is another thread on this, but right now he's got minor chest pains and doesn't feel too hot. His mouth is as dry as a whore's - uh.... Ok wow, anyways he's pretty much almost done coming down and is wondering if there is anything to do to make it go away.

Swim doesn't think it's serious at all, considering it happened to him worse before and he was fine the next day. Also not to mention it was a pretty low common dose for him, just enough to buzz. It's not agonizing, just annoying. Is there anything he can do or does Swim just have to get some rest?

(Swim Really wishes he had some smooth dexedrine instead of rough, icky adderall. > )
