Pill Question

I just recently came up upon some pills, one 5mg of Diazepam (Valium) and five Acetaminophen 500mg w/ Hydrocodone 5mg (Vicodin) and I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions as to how many i should take to get an effect from either of them.

Info: i weigh about 140 lbs.
