Immune to kratom?

Swim just drank a bottle of Thai Dragonfly liquid kratom extract. Well he let it absorb under his tongue like it says on the bottle. The full bottle is supposed to be a "strong dose" but swim doesn't feel a thing. Is it just a matter of taking enough until swim does feel it? Swim has a ridiculously high tolerance for opiates aswell.
