Combinations - Wellbutrin cancel out Adderall??

Hello! SWIM is proscribed 10mg IR Adderall 2x/day and has been taking this dosage for about 6 years now. In the last month (after failing at every SSRI known to mankind), SWIM was proscribed Wellbutrin 150 mg XL once a day. SWIM swears this has made the Adderall worthless. SWIM has been ADHDing pretty hard core and even tried increasing the Adderall (which SWIM never does b/c she doesn't want to run out early!) to 10 mg 3x/day. But this seemed to make no difference. SWIM cannot focus on ANYTHING. She has zero motivation, lost that Adderall spark, and generally sucks at life.

SWIM and her doctor want to find an antidepressant to help her through some recent rough patches, but SWIM feels somewhat MORE depressed due to her inability to function. SWIM is not willing to give up the Adderall for the Wellbutrin.

SWIM has searched and searched, but has not been able to come up with an answer about the possibility of the Wellbutrin canceling out the Adderall. And, if it is, how this can be fix. SWIM has a doctor's appointment next week and would really like to get this all figured out. SWIM worries her Dr. will be none too please if SWIM suggests increasing the Adderall, as her doctor is somewhat of a iron bitch and pretty strict about Adderall. SWIM is so confused...
