Side effects - Oxycodone makes swim dizzy

The other night, SWIM tried oxycodone for the first time. He had been drinking prior, about 6-7 beers so he wasn't overly intoxicated or anything, he ate a quarter of a grape fruit and dropped 120 mg codeine beforehand. about forty five minutes later, he took 7.5 mg of oxy up the nose and about thirty minutes later he started to feel it, at which point he drank another beer and took 60 mg more codeine. About an hour in, SWIM was lying down on his bed, semi-conscious and it felt like someone had wrapped a warm blanket around him. At some point, SWIM needed to get up and take a piss, or at least he thought he did. As soon as he stood up he felt sick to his stomach and dizzy as fuck and he couldn't piss to save his life. As soon as he went back and lay in bed, he felt fine after about a minute. This happened every single time he had to get up, he was so dizzy and felt like he had eaten poison but when he lay down he felt fine. Is this sickness normal for oxy or a result of the combination? And was what SWIM took considered a low dose?
