Ketamine in Iran

So SWIM is going to Iran this summer, and has heard that Ketamine is legal.

Nevertheless SWIM doesn't want to arouse suspicion if he purchases it from a Vet (veterinarian), so what would be the best way of going around it to actually buy some?

And also SWIM wants to know that because it would be the most legal pure stuff, how SWIM could take this 'medicine' without injecting it, as SWIM kinda has a stigma attached when injecting
