Combinations - Phentermine and tobacco.....

Swim tried 4 37.5mg pills of phentermine, one snorted, one chewed, and two swallowed. Swim was feeling pretty good and euphoric for about 10 mins until he decided to smoke an unfiltered cigarette. He finished the cigarette but once he got back into the house he started vomiting uncontrolably. he could not make it to the toilet or even the trash. The vomit was a very strange bright green "slime".

This was swim's second time trying phentermine and it was the same dosage, however, the first time all 4 were swallowed.

Is there a reason the cigarette caused such horrible nausea? or was it the method which the phentermine was injested?

Also, what is the best way to consume phentermine?
