Effects - Having to eat n,n, DMT?

Lets imagine a certain Monkey was traveling in possession of a few grams of DMT and was pulled over. Assuming a search will take place due to other factors (Monkey's hippieish appearance, N20 tank in back seat (too big to conceal) etc). Monkey knows that DMT is inactive orally unless either an MAOI is involved or a truly heroic dose is consumed. Do any swimmers know for sure what that truly heroic dose level is, were the Monkey forced to eat his DMT to avoid felony charges (N2O tanks are non-jailable misdemeanors in his state)?

I remember shulgin eating large amounts of DMT, can't remember exactly but I think he got to about a gram with zero effects. Perhaps a few grams would be active, I don't think anyone has ever tried to find out.

SWIM has eaten .5g with no effects
I personally believe DMT can be eaten a much greater quantities as the bodies liver and stomach will simply break it down as fast as it is put in.
