How much does your SWIM usually take?

Today SWIM was feeling depressed so he started his day by 80mg of XR. Then a couple hours later he took another 50 mg, and then about an hour later he took another 20mg. Swim took a total of 150mg over a 5 hour period, that was the most he has ever taken in a day. Swim feels really good right now, like he can take on the world!... although he is not looking forward to the hangover.

Swim was wondering what dose is considered the safe zone (how high of a dose becomes dangerous)?

Rise against added 8 Minutes and 8 Seconds later...

Also swim has herd that the body builds tolerance to amphetamines extremely fast. Swim was wondering how fast is fast? like after 1 use of a dose?
