SWIM just read through this entire propaganda piece at the UN, and what really sticks out is they are congratulating themselves for solving China's opium "problem" that Great Britain was making a ton of money off of.

After WWI Colonial Britain, France and Germany were broke, they probably didn't want the vast drug profits to go to another nation. SWIM just don't see where or why globalists, would fix China's opium problem, which was making the globalists rich, except that those globalists went broke fighting WWI

The sad thing in this UN paper is, the UN recognizes the "unintended consequences" of drug prohibition, and the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, like the creation of bloody and lucrative black markets, but they have little to say on how to fix them.
