Experiences - Don't know what happened

SWIM thinks he did CWE right, no coffee filters but SWIM did have tissue paper (used 2 of them). The water was slightly cloudy, not much of a big deal (or at least SWIM thinks, it was his first time). SWIM bought Tylenol 1's to do the CWE with. So when SWIM was at work SWIM drank water (very bitter...). SWIM has done oxy at work enough times to not have to worry about it, this was his first time trying codeine so not very much was used (aprox 70mg). Now SWIM had 7 percs the day before so SWIM was slightly worried about the acet content, but it was a full 24 hours before he had the percs. After SWIM drank the water SWIM sat in his car for a bit and felt a little spacey but not really feeling much. but shortly after SWIM had very bad pains where it felt like his heart. It was as if every few seconds someone would stab me in the heart with a needle, it was quite painful, SWIM thought he may have to go to the hospital, his heart started to race very fast because he was getting pretty nervous. SWIM calmed down a bit, but had to get to work, or he'd be late on break, his heart continued to heart and he started to shake a little from nerves, eventually it went away, but SWIM would like to know if there was some reason why it happened. SWIM thought maybe too much acet in one day or maybe codeine isn't for SWIM.
